Ang seksyong ito ay nagpapakilala sa organisasyong responsable sa pagkolekta at paggamit ng iyong personal na datos.

Philippine Medical Directory, Inc. is the data controller for personal information collected through PMD.

Kinokolekta lamang namin ang datos na kailangan para sa account, transaksyon, pagsunod sa regulasyon, seguridad, at pahintulot na iyong ibinigay.

• Identity data: full name, role, and regulated professional or business credentials when required.
• Contact data: email address, mobile number, and business address.
• Account data: hashed password, account type, registration date, and security settings.
• Transaction data: order history, invoices, delivery metadata, and payment references.
• Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and consented analytics events.

Ginagamit ang iyong datos para maiproseso ang order, masiguro ang account, matupad ang legal na obligasyon, at mapatakbo ang platform.

• Account registration, authentication, and fraud prevention.
• Inquiry handling, B2B match generation, messaging, and meeting coordination.
• Supplier, distributor, and regulatory compliance verification.
• Security monitoring and service improvement.
• Marketing, analytics, and partner sharing only where consent is given.

Ang pagproseso ay nakabatay sa kontrata, legal na obligasyon, lehitimong interes, o malinaw na pahintulot depende sa layunin.

• Contract performance: account operations and order fulfillment.
• Legal obligation: FDA, BIR, SEC, and NPC reporting where required.
• Legitimate interests: security monitoring and platform integrity.
• Consent: optional marketing, analytics, and third-party sharing.

Iniingatan namin ang datos sa takdang panahon lamang at dine-delete o ina-anonymize ito kapag hindi na kailangan.

• Account records: account lifetime plus 5 years after closure.
• Transaction and tax records: 10 years where required by law.
• Security and usage logs: 90 days before aggregation or deletion unless needed for investigation.
• Consent and DSAR records: retained for audit and legal compliance.

Ibinabahagi lamang ang datos sa kinakailangang partner o ahensya, at para sa ibang layunin ay hihingi muna kami ng iyong pahintulot.

• Logistics partners: delivery details needed to ship orders.
• Payment processors: payment and transaction metadata.
• Government agencies: data required by FDA, BIR, SEC, NPC, or court order.
• Cloud providers: hosting, storage, monitoring, and security services under data processing agreements.

PMD does not sell personal data.

May karapatan kang malaman, ma-access, maitama, mabura, mailipat, limitahan, tutulan, at ireklamo ang pagproseso ng iyong datos.

• Right to damages and to lodge a complaint with the NPC.
